The build came in two chapters.
Chapter one was fully iPhone + Muse: Kevin directed Muse from his iPhone while the fleet did the work over Tailscale - domain bought, repo created, site built and deployed over the galaxy skybox. Muse was chief of staff - planning the work, handing it to the machines, and verifying every result live before reporting back.
The result: twenty-nine minutes from a 404 to a live site, all of it on one screen recording.
Chapter two was Mac mini Muse, with Kevin physically present at the fleet: sitting at the machines themselves instead of steering them from a phone.
It is streamed live on YouTube as kevindication, so anyone can watch the fleet build this site.
The Mac mini is the hub, reached over Tailscale in chapter one and worked from directly in chapter two. The Acer laptop is the second brain - its own Claude writes the code, keeps the GitHub repo, and ships updates through Vercel.
